Request Account Deletion or Data Deletion
To initiate the process of account termination, kindly submit a formal request for the deletion of your account via the Reeply Application, accessible through the “Settings” section. Alternatively, you may execute this request through this form below, by providing your full name, the E-mail address utilized for registration on Reeply, and a clear statement specifying whether your request refers to a complete deletion of your account or the selective removal of certain data components.
Within 48 hours subsequent to the receipt of your submission, our team will engage in communication with you to verify your identity as the legitimate owner of the account in question. Following successful verification, we will proceed with the deletion of your account data from our systems.
Location Data: Approximate Location: This includes the general area you may be in, such as the city determined by the ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permission on Android devices.
Personal Data: Name: Your first name, last name, or any aliases you use. Date of Birth: Your provided date of birth. Email Address: The email address associated with your account. User IDs: Unique identifiers like your account ID, number, or name. Contact Information:
Address: Your postal or home address. Telephone Number: Your personal phone number.
Emails: This encompasses all email communications sent to you by Reeply. These emails may include but are not limited to notifications, updates, newsletters, and any other correspondence. Should you choose to delete this data, we will remove all records of past emails sent to your registered address. It's important to note that opting to delete email records might impact your ability to reference past communications or receive important future updates and information relevant to your account or the app's services.
Other In-App Notifications: These are notifications you receive within the Reeply app. This includes alerts, reminders, updates, or any other form of in-app communication. Deleting these records will remove the history of all such notifications from your account. However, this will not affect your ability to receive new notifications in the future unless you choose to change your notification settings within the app. Media Files: Photos: Any photographs uploaded or shared through our app. Videos: Video content you've uploaded or shared. Audio Files: Voice or sound recordings. Documents and Files: Any documents or files you've uploaded or created within the app.
App Activity Data: App Interactions: Data on how you interact with the app, such as page views or taps. Search History: Your search queries within the app. User-Generated Content: This includes content like biographies, notes, answers to open questions, and any other content you've created but not categorized elsewhere.
App Performance Data: Crash Logs: Information related to app crashes, including frequency and technical details. Diagnostic Data: Data on app performance, like latency, frame rate, and other technical diagnostics. Device or Other IDs: Various identifiers associated with your device or account.
Please note that the deletion of certain data types, particularly those critical to the functioning of your account (like your email address or user ID), may result in limitations to your app experience or necessitate the closure of your account.
