Privacy Policy

Reeply is committed to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how Reeply collects, uses and discloses personal information in the course of providing our websites and services.
The Privacy Policy applies to personal information concerning users of our services, including company-related users acting on behalf of or under the direction of their employer (“Customers”), as well as personal information of individuals who have made content publicly available (“Web Users”).

WHO ARE WE?
We are web design managers (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Reeply”).

To provide our services, we crawl various sources on the Internet (e.g., websites, blogs, forums, social networks) and collect publicly available information, including personally identifiable information. We then analyze and index such information and store the results. We only use information that is published or made publicly available by Internet users on the Internet. Please note that Reeply does not collect or process information whose access is private or technically restricted, i.e., not generally publicly available on the Internet regardless of its source.

This Privacy Policy governs only Reeply’s collection and use of your personal information. Any third party services or websites that you use (e.g. forums, social networks) will process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy provided by any third-party service or website before using it.

2.2 Regarding Web Users

Depending on the source and limitations (e.g., what you provide or what the Internet source provides), the information we collect about web users includes the following information. Please note that such information is only information that you have posted on the Internet and is publicly available from this:

Your name, username, pseudonym, or other identifier
Your profile picture
content you have published using your name, username, pseudonym or other identifier, including posts, comments, statements, opinions
Any images or videos you post or interact with
your location as provided to us by any third-party website, page, forum or social network that shares such information with us, subject to your choices and preferences on such website, page, forum or social network
any other information generally provided by you on a website, page, forum, social network that we crawl or that shares data with us.
In addition to the information you have disclosed or made publicly available on the Internet (or the website or third-party service provided), we may also use this information to derive other information about you. For example, we may infer your areas of interest, occupation, influence on a particular topic based on information you have posted and your interactions on the Internet.

Please note that we do not collect or attempt to infer information from information we collect that is indicative of race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, and sexual orientation.

2.3 Regarding Customers

When you register as a customer (or are registered by or on behalf of your employer), we will collect your full name, company email, the company you work for, and other data necessary for the services we provide.

We will indicate whether the information we request is mandatory or optional and the consequences of your refusal to provide such information. If you refuse to provide the information we request, we will not be able to provide you with certain services.

In order to continuously improve our Services, we also collect data regarding your use of the Services e.g. how you browse our Platform, enter your searches on the Platform, how often you request reports and on what topic.

In order to provide customer support, improve our responses, and inform us about your and other customers’ needs, we collect data when you contact our support.

In addition, we collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including device type (desktop, mobile), operating system, web browser type, mobile device identifier and mobile operating system, Internet service provider or mobile carrier information, IP or MAC address.

WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE DATA FOR?
We process data about web users and customers based on our legitimate interest for providing and improving our services and the way we provide them, including the accuracy of our market information as well as our technical capabilities.

Of course, we also process personal data to comply with legal and regulatory requirements placed on us, such as to meet our accounting obligations or to respond to requests from judicial or administrative authorities.

We send Service notices to our customers via email or directly through the Services, for example, to confirm the implementation of a feature you have requested or to notify you of planned maintenance on the Services. We may also send you commercial communications regarding our Services. In addition, we may send commercial communications to your business email address even if you or your employer are not our customers. In any case, you may opt-out of receiving commercial communications to your business email address via the link in such commercial communication. Please note, however, that you cannot opt out of receiving service communications because they are necessary to provide our services.

We collect data that web users post or otherwise make publicly available on the Internet, analyze that data, and provide only our analysis to our customers as part of our services, like a market research agency that collects information to understand consumer needs, expectations regarding improving existing services or developing new services. For example, we may view a written post that you post on a social network stating that you love this new bag that you just bought and that you recommend it. As part of the services we provide to the manufacturer of that bag or its representative, we will mark that post as positive for that bag manufacturer’s reputation online.

HOW WE SHARE DATA
We share information, including personal information, in a variety of ways and with a variety of recipients. In doing so, we always protect your personal information by taking reasonable and contractually binding technical and organizational measures to protect your privacy and comply with our legal obligations. In all cases, we prohibit recipients from publicly sharing information that we provide to them.

We share data with legal entities that we control, that control us, or that are under common control with us (“Affiliates”), both inside and outside the European Union, to the extent necessary to provide our services.
We share data with our customers who may access such data from our Services. Our standard service agreements require our customers to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including privacy and data protection laws and intellectual property rights and copyrights (particularly with respect to photographs and images), when using our Services and accessing data.
We share data with our business partners and vendors as necessary to provide the services they provide and our instructions or to fulfill the agreements we enter into with them.

The above information exchange sometimes involves cross-border data transfers. For example, if customers or web users are located in the European Union, their personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. In all cases, we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards as provided by applicable law to effect data transfers from the European Union to other countries. Standard contractual clauses are obligations drawn up by the European Commission that apply between companies transferring personal data and protect them to safeguard the personal data they transfer.

HOW WE PROCESS DATA
Reeply is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers and web users. We implement and maintain organizational and technological measures to protect personal data during processing and retention to ensure that personal data is not retained longer than is necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.

5.1 Accuracy

We do our best to collect and process data that is accurate and keep it up to date. However, because the data we collect is publicly available information on the Internet, we recommend that you first correct this data on the original service or website where you first posted it.

If you are a web user and would like to notify us of inaccurate or outdated data, please contact us using the contact information in Section 7 below.

If you are a customer, please contact your employer or service administrator who will be able to update or correct any inaccurate or outdated personal information that concerns you.

5.2 Retention

We retain information about you for as long as is necessary to provide the Services or to comply with our legal obligations.

We will retain information necessary to provide our services for seven years from the date of collection. In addition, we will delete information about you before the end of those seven years if you request us to do so or if you have deleted that information from the third-party website or service on which you first posted it and you have notified us of that removal.

We delete data about customers after a period of five years from the moment your employer stops using the services.

5.3 Security

We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical and physical controls designed to protect all information we process, including industry standard encryption technologies.

We also ensure that our vendors who may access or process our information are contractually obligated to implement and maintain similar controls.

YOUR RIGHTS.
Under applicable privacy policies and data protection laws, you have a number of rights that you can exercise for your personal data. Some restrictions may apply to customer data. Generally, you may:

Ask whether we have personal data about you
Request access to personal data about you and, if appropriate, request that we update, correct or delete such personal data
Ask that we not use personal data about you in the future
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Please note that such a request is limited to the personal information that you have provided to us and that we hold at that time and subject to any relevant legal requirements and exemptions
With respect to the above rights, we will verify your identity to comply with legal data protection requirements and may provide additional information before enforcing your rights.

Please note that we may be required by law to retain data and therefore not delete or correct such data. For example, we are required by applicable law to retain certain data for recordkeeping and financial compliance purposes.

If you are a Web User, please refer to the contact information provided in Section 0 to exercise the rights set forth above.

If you are a client (i.e., your employer is a Linkfluence Services client): please first request access to your personal information from your employer. Your employer will then contact us regarding your request.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date specified in the title of this document.
